This year’s edition of the biggest fair in Europe for digital learning, Learntec, gathered more that 10 000 visitors from the consulting, trade and sales industries. The Karlsruhe Exhibition Center was the hot spot for exploring such topics as AR and VR in learning scenarios, digital leadership, agility and design thinking.
LS-S participated with a lecture by Martin Zwick on soft indicators and how they can support trainings and workshops. During his presentation in the start-up area he shared the company’s 10-year experience in using digital tools in customer projects. This topic was welcomed with big interest from visitors of Learntec.
Leadership Support was one of the over 340 exhibitors from 15 countries that took part in Learntec 2019 with a lecture and a stand. Next week, on February the 7th, LS-S will mark its first international conference participation – at the HR Industry fair in Sofia, Bulgaria, where we will participate in the seminar sessions with the topic: “„Improve the company’s feedback culture and succeed in your key employees retention strategies. Digital tools for feedback and talent mapping.“
