New hybrid leadership technology is among the most innovative projects in Europe

LS-S Leadership Support and Lean Digital Solutions' technology project Blended Leading has successfully passed through the first phase of the EU's flagship research and innovation programme, Horizon Europe, with a budget of €95.5 billion for the period 2021-2027.

The newly developed technology was positioned among the most innovative projects in Europe with the maximum number of positive assessments by the evaluators who defined it as a "highly innovative solution" that "goes beyond the state of the art." According to the evaluators, Blended Leading has enormous breakthrough potential and real opportunity to become a first-mover in the hybrid working market.

Blended Leading is an innovative product for remote leadership based on LS-S Leadership Support's research on the psychological and behavioral patterns of leaders and their unique needs now. While home office and remote work decrease the personal contact and affect engagement and motivation of employees, Blended Leading enables leaders to develop themselves and their teams in the best way possible without leaving the interface of Microsoft Teams. The new technology enables leaders to make informed decisions and to react promptly and adequately towards their employees.

The ground-breaking project developed by the Bulgarian team of LS-S Leadership Support and Lean Digital Solution is now moving to the next phase of the application process for funding under the European programme, alongside the greatest contemporary innovators on the continent.

The European Union’s flagship research and innovation programme “Horizon Europe”, aims to achieve more scientific breakthroughs and discoveries and boost Europe’s innovation capacity, competitiveness, and jobs, thus ensuring the European technological sovereignty. The programme's focus is to accelerate the green and digital transition of the member states, strengthen the EU's resilience and crisis preparedness, and support Europe's global competitiveness.
