About the author

After his studies in human resources and organization development, Guido graduated as a Master in Education in Munich/Germany.

Since 1982, he is a practitioner in corporate training and HRD, especially in Leadership Development and Change Management, having continuous professional development in the US and the UK. He has been a speaker at several HRD conferences held by professional institutes like ATD, CIPD, IFTDO, DGFP and others and is an author of numerous publications.

Guido is the CEO of Lead1ng AG, an international consultancy group that serves clients from various industries (especially services, financial services, hi tech, logistics, food & pharmaceuticals). Services focus on HRD and OD, especially Leadership Development and Change Management. So far, the group has worked in over 50 countries.
