Leadership Support is excited to announce its first client project in Bulgaria. UniCredit Bulbank chose the Team Performance Indicator to support one of their teamwork trainings. In February, eleven employees participated in a Leadership and Development program focused on overcoming a challenge in their teamwork. This makes UniCredit Bulbank the pilot client for LS-S in Bulgaria, where one of the company’s offices is located.
The client project is a part of a Learning and Development program of UniCredit that needed support in identifying the key success factor of a particular team. The Team Performance Indicator compares the current situation within a team based on five areas with the desired future position of the team. Those five areas are evaluated with the help of 25 questions covering the key factors for a successful team. The tool examines behaviours in such areas as the communication process, emotional climate, collaboration, goals and results. The whole process consists of two main iterations and the second is usually six to twelve months after the initial one, allowing the improvement to be measured and compared.
The TPI is already received very positively in the organisation after the discussion of the first results which gave UniCredit insightful indications about how to move on with their teamwork improvement program.
