Our subsidiary, Leadership-Support (LS-S) in Berlin creates and distributes digital services and products such as surveys, feedback systems as well as innovative instruments and Apps. We also have our own software development department.

Your task is very varied. As a sales representative, you convert leads that result from our numerous marketing activities purposefully and committed to successfully concluding licenses in the B2B business.
In addition, they establish personal high-profile contacts with future partners.
Since we operate worldwide, the secure command of the German and English language in word and writing is absolutely necessary. Additional languages are an advantage.
In order for us to be able to grow in these tasks, we invest in your development up to 10 days per year, in addition to intensive in-house training.

Your task:

  • Conception and implementation of sales campaigns for digital products
  • Overseer and driver of all sales activities with the help of our CRM system
  • Visit of B2B prospects and customers to the presentation of our services & products
  • Building and maintaining sustainable customer relationships
  • follow-up of customer inquiries and “stay tuned” to successful completion
  • Participation in the preparation of sales documents and media
  • Participation in the PR work
  • Presentations via Web-Conference

Your ideal background:

  • First experiences in B2B sales for services requiring explanation and digital products
  • verifiable success rate
  • Experience and patience with a longer sales cycle
  • Experience with iOS, Android and web apps – terms like SAAS, BYOD etc. tell you something
  • Experience in personnel development, organizational development, training & consulting
  • Experienced in presentations and training
  • Good network of business contacts
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications (we work with Apple Macs)
  • Experienced with startups, but also big companies
  • Sovereign handling of “VIPs” & management
  • Own clever ideas for maximum impact from lean budgets

Most of the time, you will work with our team in our Berlin office. However, frequent travels to customers for talks on site are necessary, and sometimes working from the home office is an option, too.
